Aimed at improving results of delayed reconstructive operations using transverse recrus abdominis musculocutaneous (pedicle TRAM-flap) in patients after radical mastectomy, preliminary reduction of blood flow in inferior epigastic vessels (viens and arteries) - main blood vessels feeding the TRAM-flap - was performed. Endoscopic technique which we used is proved to compensatory increase blood supply in superior epigastric arteries which increases survival of displaced tissues of the flap.
