PREREQISITS FOR REALIZATION OF TOTAL BREAST RECONSTRUCTION CONCEPT IN TOMSK REGION. STEP 1
This work represents the analysis of the current state of affairs with organ-losing mastectomies in Tomsk Region, Russian Federation. This analysis is need for introduction of concept of Total Breast Reconstruction, which was formulated in Scientific and Research Institute of Microsurgery. This concept includes the anatomical and functional breast reconstruction, but in comparison with the concepts of other authors, also includes the afferential reinnervation, sensitivity recovery and creating a new erogenouszone in the reconstructed breast.
