FLAP SURGERY IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH COMPLICATED COURSE OF A WOUND PROCESS AFTER LARGE JOINTS REPLACEMENT AND INTERNAL FIXATION
Surgical treatment of 29 patients with early infectious complications after large joints replacement and internal fixation was analyzed. All patients had radical surgical debridement. After debridement, 89,7 % of patients had pedicled flap transfer and 10,3 % of patients had free tissue transfer. Main purpose of microsurgical operations was to cure infectious process and to preserve the implants. Implants for internal osteosynthesis were preser ved in 100 % of cases, joint implants were preserved in 81,3 % of cases. Such approach was established to be the most effective in cases of superficial localization of pathological process.
