PREPLANNING OF PERFORATOR FLAPS IN RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY

Experience with various preplaning options for a skin and soft tissue reconstruction with perforator flaps which were performed in 57 operations is presented in the paper. The results of plasty in three comparison groups were examined. The authors concluded that preoperative study using audiodoppler and CT angiography allows to virtually plan the flap design, its pedicle and the course of intra-operative stages with sufficient accuracy, to reduce operation time and number of complications.
