THE ORGANIZATION OF HIGH SPECIALIZED MEDICAL AID TO PATIENTS WITH HEMOPHILIC ARTHROPATYA IN KAZAKHSTAN
The given research work is based on results of inspection and treatment of 45 patients with hemophilic arthropathy of large joints treated in «multiple trauma» department. The organization of highly specialized medical aid to patients with a hemophilia with active introduction of early surgical rehabilitation of traumatized joint in complex treatment of patients promoted increased number of positive results due to restoration of quality of life of patients: excellent anatomic-functional results were received in 26,7 % of cases, good results in 51,1 %, satisfactory ones in 22,2 %; there were no unsatisfactory outcomes of treatment.
