CAPSULAR CONTRACTURE AFTER MAMMARY GLAND AUGMENTATION WITH SILICON IMPANTS

The causes of development and prophylaxis principles of capsular contracture are still unknown. Treatment remains radical and repeated surgery is necessary always. The data presented describe present-day views on capsular contracture problem and ways to solve it.
