PRIMARY SUTURE OF THE HAND FINGER FLEXOR TENDONSIN SEVERAL ANATOMICAL ZONES

Based upon precise anatomic data concerning the finger flexor tendons, problem analysis of tendons primarysuture is given. Recommendations are given on anesthesia, operative approach, tendon suture technique, using suturematerial. Significant role of optics in performing primary tendon suture and indications for adapting sutures arediscussed.
