THE SELECTION OF PLASTY METHOD IN LOW RECTAL CANCER

The analysis of results of clinical using new method of low anterior resection of the rectum with forming artificial «ampule» in 74 patients is performed. While using new method, complications early after the surgery were revealed in 14.9 % of patients. Mean duration of the bed-day was 10,9 ±1,7 days, mean duration of working ability loss after the surgery was 68,3 ±9,53 days. Comparative analysis results of patients quality life (SF-36) and holding stool condition (Wexner score) revealed advantages of the surgery designed by us over standard method of rectal low anterior resection.
