Surgical treatment results of esophageal anastomoses' scarry strictures

The article is devoted to one of the actual problems of esophageal reconstructive surgery - esophageal anastomoses' scarry strictures. Scarry strictures rate varies from 10 to 45 % and represents one of complex and considerable problem. Results of mini- invasive methods of treatment of patients with this pathology are presented in the article. Results of different methods of strictures surgical correction are analyzed and our method of esophageal anastomoses' scarry strictures reconstruction and its, nearest results are presented.
