Ring avulsion injurty - some peculiarities of specialized aid
In this article the authors present their own experience in the treatment of ring avulsion injuries, in 96 patients. Although this type of injuries occurs rare comparing with others types of lesions, this make them more dangerous and more mutilating, especially for women, from the point of view of unsatisfactory training or medical staff in managing this type of lesions. For this reasons every debate of this subject and share of clinical experience is very opportune. The entire studied group of patients was divided in 4 groups depending of degree of injury according to Urbaniak classification in Adani modification. The authors also present a detailed analysis of the surgical and conservative treatment for every of this 4 groups. To be remarked and satisfactory obtained results which are the mark of an optimal management of ring avulsion injuries.
