EXPERIMENTAL MORPHOLOGICAL EXAMINATION OF OSTEOCONDUCTIVE AND OSTEOINDUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF THE BIOCOMPATIBLE TINI COMPOSITE MATERIALS
In accordance with the established objectives a comparative research was conducted in laboratory animals to study the response of bone tissue and soft tissue component to the implantation of porous composite, granular and smooth surface titanium nickelide. Histomorphologic studies were carried out after completion of the animal experiment. The results of experimental studies showed their efficiency and suitability for use in clinical practice. It is worthwhile applying smooth materials in cases of congenital and acquired axial deformities of the growing skeleton; porous permeable biocomposites - to preserve the strength and shape of the bone structure; granular composite materials - to fill bone defects with complex anatomical structure.
