MORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE COURSE OF CHRONIC CHOLECYSTITIS IN CHOLELITHIASIS

During scheduled surgery for chronic calculous cholecystitis and subsequent studies of macroscopic material operational changes we met, which differed from the long-known forms of chronic or acute inflammation of the gall bladder. Morphological study revealed the inherent pattern of chronic suppurative inflammation. Thus, these cases of cholecystitis were clinically “mutes". During discussions with pathomorphology came to the conclusion that it is possible to conduct chronic empyema of the gall bladder, but currently available cholecystitis classification of this concept is not. This issue is far-fetched, or it is a banal chronic cholecystitis?
