FORMATION OF MODERN PLASTIC SURGERY IN TOMSK

The article is devoted to the issues of formation of modern plastic surgery (according to the order of RF MH N 415-н, 07.07.2009) in Tomsk Region. Tomsk Region area exceeds 1.5 times territory of Poland but its number of population (1 076 762 people) is 35 times smaller than population of Poland. Residence density is 3.42 of person per 1 km2. Most of population (for about 600 thousands of persons) is living in Tomsk. Only two health institutions having the license on medical activity on “Plastic Surgery” profile are working in the town. Five other private health institutions have a stuff of plastic surgeons. Modern state of plastic surgery in the Tomsk Region may be estimated as “intensive development”.
