THE MAIN PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT OF CONGENITAL ANOMALIES OF THE UPPER LIMB. PART I

This article is a brief digression on the basic principles of treatment of congenital malformations of the upper limb. It presents the latest, currently relevant classification no fcon genital malformations of the upper limb, high light stheissues of the irdiagnosis and the general principles of surgical treatment. In the first partmore common congenital deformities, such as polydactyly, syndactyly, radialdeficiency, and congenital amniotic constriction syndrome are discussed. In the article, the author relies on both the data of modern world literature and personal experience, citing cases from his practice as illustrative material.
