PECULIARITIES OF ANESTHESIA IN CHILDREN WITH CONGENITAL ANOMALIES OF LIMBS UNDER CONDITIONS OF MULTI-SPECIALTY HOSPITAL

The choice of the anesthesia care approach in children with congenital anomalies of upper and lower limbs is an urgent problem of pediatric traumatology and orthopedics. In the University Hospital of the St. Petersburg State University, 256 children with this pathology were operated in the period from 2016 to 2018. The methods of choice in anesthesia were the general combined anesthesia and general combined + conduction anesthesia with the use of modern facilities for airway breathing and ultrasonic imaging during blockades. Our purpose was the implementation of up-to-date anesthesia methods in children with congenital anomalies of upper and lower limbs under conditions of a multi-specialty hospital.
