MICROVASCULATURE IN REPERFUSED FLAPS: MODERN POSSIBILITIES FOR THE CORRECTION OF HEMODYNAMIC DISORDERS (PART II)
An analysis of the literature and own data concerning the pathomorphological and pathophysiological manifestations of prolonged primary ischemia in free axial flaps has been presented in the paper. The biological form of thrombus formation and its clinical manifestations, postoperative hemodynamic changes in blood flow in free flaps are described. Algorithms for the prevention of complications during replantation and transplantation of free flaps are presented.
