The innner picture of disease in the structure ofinsulindependent on diabetes patients quality of life
30 diabetes of the first type patients with retinopatia of the second and the third degree were examined with the help of «Short general inquirer of health status estimation» SF-36 and the method for attitude types diagnostics to disease «Tobol». There is a connection between a subjective well - being (comparatively high quality of life) and anosognosia attitude to the disease (negation of the disease, desire not to think about its consequences), and also a connection between subjective not well-being (comparatively low quality of life) and different kinds of disadaptive response to the disease as with intrapsychical and interpsychical direction.
