PSYCHOLOGICAL FOUNDATION DIAGNOSTICS OF OIL AND GAS EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRY FUTURE SPECIALISTS PROFESSIONALSELF-DETERMINATION

The optimal approaches formation of means and methods for initial levels professional self-determination diagnostics of oil and gas extractive industry future specialists is being discussed. Furthermore the dynamics of professional self-determination under the circumstances of the special course directed to the system support of students' orientation in the future activity sphere is being discussed. This future activity sphere content and the rewarding means of problematic situations overcoming are being emphasized.
