Formation of professional consciosness of students

Professional consciousness is the man's consciousness of norms, rules, models of his profession, as benchmarks for awareness of his qualities. The professional identity reflects the basis of professional outlook, subjective concept of professional labor, knowledge of himself as a professional evaluation from colleagues, understanding his professional conduct. Do profess crystals that have a developed level of professional self-awareness, improve work efficiency, satisfaction with their profession, age a desire for self-realization, self-confidence increases. For the formation of the subject of professional activity is of great importance to its inclusion in the new social environment in connection with receipt of vocational educational institution (college, technical school, university). To identify the characteristics and dynamics of professional consciousness of students, a special study was conducted. The experiment was planned formation of the students' professional identity through psychological training. The training program was aimed at creating professional consciousness of students and consisted of four sections. The first section shows the location of consciousness, "self-concept" in the personality structure and assumes familiarity with this problem, as well as familiarity with the specifics of the training. The second section is aimed at developing students' ideas about the future professional activity and professionally important qualities of a professional. The third section suggests an increase in knowledge about the professional "self-concept" and aims at providing adequate representation of themselves as future professionals. The fourth section develops the idea of training the integrity of the life and future opportunities for professional students, about the value and meaning grounds creative way of human existence in the profession. The basis of the training was the idea of integrity, unity, professional and personal development of man. In order to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of formation of professional identity of students were held psychodiagnostic slices into control and experimental groups at the beginning and end of the semester. Changes that occurred with the students as a result of experiential learning, recorded not only by means of diagnostic techniques, but also through observations, interviews with students, analysis of work products (works). Testing of the training program showed very high efficiency and will greatly streamline the process of professional development. Subjects of the experimental group after the training has changed the emotional attitude towards themselves as future professionals and studied the profession. Training work, taking into account age, individual, social and cultural characteristics of students can act as psycho-pedagogical conditions of formation of professional identity of future specialists.
