Motivational readiness for professional personally formation of medical students
In the article the motivational readiness for personal professionally formation of students in educational conditions of medical school reveals is discussed. Research objective was detection of regularities in dynamics of the content of the motivational objects indicating motivational readiness for personal professionally formation of students at different grade levels in higher education institution. Motivational objects were studied by means of a method of motivational induktion of Zh. Nyutten (in D. A. Leontyev's adaptation). For many respondents of all courses the most actual and significant motives are what are directed on realization of the actions promoting full study, preparation for future professional activity, and also on implementation of actually working activity. There are distinctions in the semantic content of motivational objects of realization at respondents of various courses. The most actual for first-year students are motives of adaptation to educational activity, to higher education institution requirements, third-year students have motives of expansion and deepening of professional knowledge, at graduates more significant are the motives connected with future work. The motivational objects connected with process of self-realization are revealed. Motives of self-realization authentically meet at students of the 6th course, in comparison with first-year students more often. This fact, in our opinion, reflects positive dynamics of professional and personal formation of students. Motivational objects of self-realization of first-year students indicate personally significant choice of higher education institution, as that educational environment which becomes a condition of an embodiment of their personal plans connected with professional formation and self-realization. The altruistic orientation of motives of students of a third year can be considered as a new growth in personal and professional formation of students as future medical workers. Оп the basis of the obtained data it is possible to assume that in realization and self-realization processes in personal and professional formation and risks of social and psychological disadaptation fixing of the motivational objects connected with experiences of difficulties of training, fear of assignment can cause difficulties - at the first year; difficulties of training and future professional activity, loneliness, negative for health of students mental states - on a third year; possible mistakes in professional activity -at respondents of the sixth course. The revealed motivational risks of disadaptation demand deeper studying and understanding of experience of difficulties of training, future professional activity, negative mental states, and also ways and conditions of an effective negotiation of them.
