The unity of emotional and intellectual - extra motivation freedom of creativity (part II)

To study the unity of emotional and intellectual as extra motivation, creativity and freedom we conducted a survey of the products of creativity on gestalt-technique of «Universe». The progress of the assignment. Calm space music is playing. Psychologist writes the word «Universe» on the board, invites the participants to name seven words associations, and writes them down. \ I / --- UNIVERSE --- / | \ Instruction: «You are invited to write poems, using the word-symbols; You have fifteen minutes to proceed with the task». Many of the participants rejoice in the fact of realization of opportunities (I can write verses and read them to the group!), wishing to read their poems. The following parameters influencing self-efficacy are considered (counted in scale from one to ten): the degree of originality and uniqueness, the ratio of affect and intellect, passion and interest in the task, satisfaction with the results of activities. The study involved more than 120 people (students, cadets). Analyzing the process we divided the verses with the dominance of emotional and rational content. Arising in creative activities byproduct «connects» a new section of the semantic network to the prediction process with new complexes of sounds, phonemes, associations, generalizations, translates reflective position of the entity at the other reflective rank, activates the process of thinking, awakes and nourishes the thinking process, leads to new feelings. The interaction between the increasing of productive mental activity and emotions leads to a wave of extra motivation and creativity. During the self analysis of the results self-efficacy is revealed and enhanced. Fruitful activity, based on the unity of emotional and intellectual, leads to the unity of the soul of the teacher and the students (cadets), to mutual understanding, recognition of the value of the creativity, it increases self-efficacy of a developing personality and improves his/her self-esteem. A byproduct and emerging on its basis self-efficacy, feelings and thoughts serve as extra motivation to creativity. Spiritual work, worldview and the work of the mind are the internal forces that reinforce our confidence in our abilities, provide additional motivation to creative activities. The article contains statements of philosophers, poets, which are of interest for a psychological analysis of creativity, and fragments of poems created during the training and authors poems.
