The dynamics of the semantic entities in the process of psychological rehabilitation in schizophrenic patients under compulsory treatment in the department of special type
The multifactorial nature of aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenia defines the search for solutions to practical issues of psychological prevention of socially dangerous acts, development, rehabilitation and corrective treatment for the mentally ill who have committed socially dangerous acts, for their full involvement in the activity without the risk of antisocial behavior. Reliance on modern trends in the development of science, reflecting the post-non-classical vector, opens in clinical psychology the study of man, as an open psychological system, possessing the qualities of self-determination, self-organization and selfdevelopment. This raises interest in the life world, to semantic entities, defining its space, life aspirations and goals. We assume that in the system of treatment and rehabilitation activities psychological correction, directed to the expansion, structuring, transformation, life expectations, will contribute to a "void filling", and, consequently, the expansion of behavioral capability, improved psychological resources adaptation schizophrenic patients, thereby reducing the risk of aggressive behavior. The aim of this study was to explore the dynamics of the semantic structure of the worldview in the process of psycho-work in patients with schizophrenia who have committed socially dangerous acts. The method of limiting sense of D.A. Leontiev was used. The study involved men from 21 to 64 years with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. The main group of subjects consisted of patients with a diagnosis of "schizophrenia" are recognized as irresponsible in relation to the Commission of the alleged them of acts and treated in the Department of compulsory treatment hospital. A control group consisted of patients with the same diagnosis (schizophrenia), but these patients have not committed offences in General psychotic ward of the same hospital. With a core group of people under tests psycho classes were conducted in the system of treatment and rehabilitation activities, 2 times per week, during 1 hour, at the average volume from 14 to 16 classes. Among the main forms and methods of work there were the following: a structured interview; autobiographical method; training of conduct; training to plan their actions aimed at the realization of significant meanings; correction of ethical relationships; training of direct self-control through self-observation. As a result of structural and content analysis individual characteristics of the structure and content of the semantic tree of the respondents were identified. The data obtained in the main and control groups subjected to comparative statistical analysis on the stages of stating slice. The dynamics of change in the content and structure of the worldview in patients with schizophrenia who have committed dangerous public acts, in the process of psychological adjustment. Qualitative analysis of the ultimate meanings that are "out" at the end of the chains subjects in each group defined the main conceptual categories: value, globally altruistic, interpersonal, individually significant, entertainment and hedonistic.
