Transcommunicate of valuable-semantic concepts and cognitive-constructive decisions of the creative personality (introduction in noetic anthropopoiesis)

Due to growth of innovative business and the increasing interest in support of venture projects a problem of understanding of in what way it is possible to accelerate transition from intuitive-valuable ideas to obviously constructive decisions is becoming more and more important. Therefore problems of development of effective methods of psychological support for these creative transformations are highly demanded. There are two complementary processes between valuable-semantic concepts (intuitive ideas) and their cognitive-constructive realization and they can be designated as synergy and emergency. The first assumes natural ease of transition from one to another; the second one assumes difficulty and originality of a quantum leap. In both cases transition is followed by diverse processes of understanding of possible transformations. Creative states of consciousness as their special version in the general range of state of consciousness are the optimum soil for an equilibration of a synergy and an emergency as ways of transition. The conceptual hypothesis is offered. Awareness as transition of valuable-semantic concepts to cognitive-constructive decisions is intensified in the extending range of creative state of consciousness. For the best understanding of subtleties of this transition from valuable-semantic concepts to cognitive-constructive decisions we most fully use the polysemantics of words concept, construct, poiesis, noesis. On this basis we suggest to use poie-sis-hermeneutic approach to awareness of specifics of psychological time, space, information and energy as basic psycho-noetic portals of awareness. For correlation of intuitive-conceptual and cognitive-constructive processes of awareness which both in ordinary, and in scientific mentality are often presented by the simplified extraordinariness dichotomies (opening, thoughts, ideas) and pseudo-evidence (technological decisions, technical embodiments), dimensional approach is offered. It opens a continuum of a set of degrees of counter reflexivity of intuitive and conceptual and cognitive-constructive processes in each portal. On the basis of this four-dimensionality of conceptually cognitive universum is specified. As each portal is in its own way three-dimensional (interaction of the past, present and future in psychological time, heights, latitudes and depths in psychological space), so far the general universum of system of emergency in them is twelve-dimensional. It makes the differentiated basis for the categorial scheme of the content-analysis. The model of transfer their hermeneutical interpretation in categorial scheme of content analysis and related processing of the results with the help of mathematical models of factor analysis is offered. Prospects for the application of psychonoetic practices of actualization of creative potential portals of awareness in connection with problems of psychological support innovative entrepreneurship and venture capital projects of creative youth are described.
