Installation on paternalism and its interconnection with cultural and personal particularities

It is presented the results of the empirical study of paternalism as political installation and its Interconnections with cultural and personal particularities. The analysis results on methods of paternalism (the authors T.G. Stefanenko, E.P. Belinskaya and O.A. Tihomandrickaya) on sample from 244 respondents has allowed to install that the subject of obligation of trusteeship on the part of state turns out to be the most expressing in contents of paternalistic installation of Russians. It is discovered that installation on paternalism is connected with perception of existing authorities: than less denominated installation on paternalism, that more respondents whish are distanced from existing authorities end oriented on functional attitude to them. It is not confirmed the hypothesis that paternalistic installation is interconnected with culture measurements and personal particularities of respondents. As it turned out that paternalistic installation is brighter dominated among the respondents whish are the most social-economic vulnerable.
