Technology of creation goal centred working groups within teambuilding process

The given theoretical and methodical development of new teambuilding technology is directed on mathematical determination of working group's structure optimum and estimations of productivity. The basic attention is concentrated on use a mathematical founded instruments for creation the high-performance working groups within the framework of the semantic analysis method.
