Semantic simulation of purposeful systems: application to problems of organizational formation in personnel management
Clause is devoted to methods of purposeful systems simulation in a paradigm of the semantic analysis. The developed paridigm concerns general scientific statement of a problem of modeling and interpretation of complex systems, including applied tasks of optimum control of their development. The new approach allows to formalize not simply any types of models (mathematical, physical, cybe-netic, linguistic) and to model objects of any nature in geometry of semantic space, but also realizes an opportunity of management of the mechanism of a presence of the purpose in purposeful systems. The offered methodology and technology of modeling of purposeful systems rtalizes semantic decomposition of «alive system» in algorithm of testing, carrying out formalization of search of criterion functions of system in the set conditions and optimum strategy on its {her} achievement with the subsequent minimization of losses of efficiency. Experimental staement and the decision of a problem of target formation of systems it is shown by the example of technologies of the decision of problem of organizational management in the field of HR-technologies.
