Self-organization in the system of psychological criteria determining a person as a subject of life

The article develops the topic of the psycho-semantic self-organization of a person as a subject of life. The system-synergetic approach is considered as a principle of modern scientific methodology in terms of subject paradigm in the humanities and in psychology in researches of a person as an active figure and a subject of creativity. The psyche as a system includes structural and functional mechanisms of reality reflection which enables a person to know the reality and himself and, on the basis of this, to regulate his behavior and actions in order to adapt and transform the living environment and himself. In our work the psyche is defined as an information-semantic system, which has the property of self-development and self-organization. Hence the objectives to study the psycho-semantic mechanisms of self-organization of a human's activity as a subject. Conscious self-organization of a person as a subject is evident in the coherence and homogeneity formed in the development process of information and meaning structures as well as mechanisms regarding sensory-semantic core "I" in the world and life that determine the stability and flexibility of his behavior and activity in the dynamics and dialectics of life. In modern human sciences the system approach and dialectical-synergetic methodology are used insufficiently, which is reflected in the lack of effective technologies of implementation of subject-activity and actions approaches in studies and implementation of programs on self-organization development of a person as a subject of life. The problem of subjective properties of a person is the subject of a special study and it is put forward as the subject of psychology. This determines the necessity of modeling structures and mechanisms of a subject and subjectivity for analysis, evaluation and systematic study of these phenomena. Currently in psychology the major questions remain those about how a person, a conscious individual reveals himself as a subject, and what makes his essential content, his true "self". This paper analyses some aspects of personality development in the course of individual life of a person. This method of psychological research allows to objectively reveal the individuality of a human being as an individual in his life and to identify promising targets, epigenesist of human life. The principle of the psycho-semantic self-organization of a person as a subject is proven in the paper. This system consists of information and semantic motivational-semantic mechanisms of self-realization of an individual, i.e. the mechanisms of self-realization, when a person fulfills his individual abilities and potentials and his own ideas and values of life.
