The problem of professional motivation of students' study in psychologal pedagogic speciality

The problems of students' professional motivation in the dynamics of its progress are discussed. The level of motives in profession choosing, the motives of professional activity, the motive of achievement and orientation toward labour are analyzed. A conclusion is drawn that there isn't a linear regularity in the motive's level alteration during the studying.
