The problems of regidness and creativity with the first year student

The problems in connection with their progress are discussed. The level of these personality's traits is investigated and the results of testes are analyzed. Aconclusion is drawn that there is a negative correlation between such element of creativity as flexibility/fluentness and progress and between general regidness and progress.
