The Role of the Idividual-Psychological Factors in the Experienceformation of the Effective Mastering with Problem Situations

An Analytical Research was conducting. It was a Search of the Methods of the Development and Correction of the Practices of Efective Solution of Problem Situations. Into the Necesery Componenets of the Experiecnes are entering Productivity of the Mental Work and of the Self-Regulation. They consist in Development of the Perception Chanals, of the Harmonization of the Cerebral Hemispheres Activity, in Mastering of the Volitional Regulation Modes with the Taking into Account of Balance between Authonomy, Independence and Ability to work in Cooperation and Collaboration with Others.
