Special features of a world image on the process of personal and professional formation
The paper describes the results of study value orientations as a nuclear layer of the personality world view. The value orientations are transformed under the influence of social changes in reality, resulting to instability of the world view in general. The world view appears as a set of activities, it changes in the course of human evolution. So its harmony and integrity can be one of the factors of success is personal and professional formation process. Sample and methods The total sample size of the study was 115 people. Three groups of respondents were formed. The first group consisted of the students of Faculty of Economics and Management of Tomsk State Pedagogical University who are at the stage of vocational training. This stage may be followed by a crisis of professional choice (crisis of revision and correction of the professional choices). The second group consisted of the working on a specialty with experience from 1 year to 5 years who are at the stage of professional adaptation. At this stage there may be a professional crisis of expectations, the reason is a mismatch the real professional life with the generated ideas and expectations. At the stage of professional adaptation may occur non-normative crisis of professional development which has destructive character - the crisis of loss of professional activity. Thus a group of unemployed has been allocated. The following measures were used: 1. "World assumptions scale" by Ronnie Janoff-Bulman; with translation and adaptation of O. Kravtsova. 2. "Career Anchors" by Edgar Schein; with translation and adaptation of V.E. Vinokurova and V.A. Chiker, with modification of S.A. Bogomaz. 3. "Hardiness Survey" by Salvatore R. Maddi; with translation and adaptation of D.A. Leontyev and E.A. Rasskazova. 4. "The scale self-determination of a person" by B. Sheldon; with adaptation and modification of E.N. Osin. 5. "Questionnaire of self-organizing activity" by E.Y. Mandrikova. 6. "Satisfaction with life Scale" by Ed Diener; with translation and adaptation of D.A. Le-ontyev and E.N. Osin. 7. "Methods of differential diagnosis of reflexivity" by D.A. Leontyev. Statistical data processing was performed using Mann-Whitney U-test, K-Means Cluster Analysis. Results and discussions Based on the data about the peculiarities of value orientations (basic beliefs and "anchor career") and the parameters of personal potential, it has been revealed three types of organization of the nuclear layer world view depending on the success of the personal and professional formation: 1) "successful", 2) "focused on", 3) "undecided". The proposed nuclear layer world view typology and its relationship to personal potential parameters can serve as a basis for describing the criteria for success / failure of personal and professional formation: 1) successful personal and professional formation (type "successful"); 2) focus on the personal and professional formation (type "focused on"); 3) the "uncertainty" situation in the personal and professional formation (type "undecided").
