Psychogenetic origins of isomorphous personal and social resources and their performance in different ethnocultural relationships

The term «resources» is defined in glossaries as the word of French origin derived from Latin «recuperare» or «restaurare», and it implies something one turns to in the absence of the usual means or source of supply, and applies to something used temporarily as an emergency measure. There are some important reasons to use the term «resources» for the problem considered. First, it is a positive image of the term, second, the resource availability allows getting prospects for further developments of their possessors, and thirdly, resources allow estimating the opportunity of progress for any social group, because the general progress is summarized from the individual sources of every person included into such group. The usage of the resource concept implies those biogenetic and social psychological phenomena of personality or human groups or all the human society, which could be implemented, on the one hand, as the sources, means and methods of behavior determination, and, on the other hand, the increasing of the effectiveness for concrete actions and solutions made. Based on the analysis of isomorphous traits of personality and community, the resources could be distinguished into the following groups: natural (biopsychological), motivational, diligent, creative, reflexive and communicative ones. Their dependences from genetic and environmental factors have been soon manifested for the examples of «mixed» individuals, than the same of against their ethnic background. It is well known that the more numbers of intercultural marriages are in the world, the more attentions the society pays to kids and youth developed in the condition of confluence of two cultures, as well as to the unique problems and strategies of adaptation of individuals, belonged to dual different cultures («mixed» family representatives). Our applied researches have demonstrated that the mixed individuals in view of genetic and partly cultural integrations are little guided by originality values of the land they belong. Probably it is connected with higher development of «common to all mankind individuality» that orients them to enhance cosmopolitan orientation. The peculiarities of the «mixing individuals» are revealed in breaking of old rigid schemes of ethnic stereotypes and evaluations. Unlike the «mixed» individuals the «unmixed» ones have the priority of ethnic orientations, according to our researches, this phenomenon typifies for the majority representatives of Siberian ethnos. The fact is that the ethnic identity is much «older», than the official governmental one: in ethnic groups the individuals have been living during many centuries. In connection with that «fixing traits of behaviors» have been formed, and they are still influencing on many nowadays tenets. This phenomenon needs to be investigated in details. We have no doubts that individual and socio-cultural traits of resources of personality, family and ethnos need to be put into social practice.
