Life prospects in the field of professional activity for students mastering creative specialties
The article is devoted to an actual scientific problem, which considers students' planning of their professional future at the stage of studying as the condition that could have an impact on the processes of their passing through a complex path of the professional development. At the stage of global changes that have gripped the Russian society, there is a need of understanding that thoughtful, responsible attitude towards the future creates the opportunity to become the creator of your own life. Training in vocational educational institutions is one of initial stages of personality professional development. In the context of professional development process of an individual the period of university studies is considered as a stage of self-actualization perspective, self-identification, and finding ways to implement their capabilities in their chosen profession. Appealing to the phenomenon of professional perspectives of students mastering creative professions in the system of secondary professional education as a subject in psychological research is due to several reasons, among them there is an early age of the entry into the world of their future profession, a certain level of the development of creative abilities or even talent, the lack of a rigid connection of professional work with the regulatory specified samples. These features allow assuming the specifics of the process and product of designing professional future. The empirical research aims to identify characteristics, professional prospects of students by integrating the learning of such elements of design as axiological-and-semantic, cognitive, organizational-and-activity and emotional-and-evaluative dimension. The axiological-and-semantic basis of future plans of the students who are going to become artists and designers are fairly balanced, the internal conflicts and existential vacuums are slightly manifested in it. The image of professional future is based on some characteristics such as focus, confidence and aspiration to creative self-realization. At the same time, the process of the designing of the professional future is not devoid of superficiality and idealization. The emotional component of professional perspective reflects the idea of a professional future as the time rich in interesting events, painted with positive emotions, bringing peace and emotional stability. The cognitive side of the designing of the professional prospects of students is determined meaningfully by the phenomenon of "reverse perspective" when they begin planning the average prospects only after a detailed "drawing" of their distant future. The research has revealed an active behavioral strategy of students of creative specialties aimed at practical implementation of personal professional perspective at the very initial stage of vocational training.
