The level of teenagers' will-power development as a condition determining the level of adults' learned helplessness manifestation
The article presents the results of the research which is a part of complex studying of the conditions promoting learned helplessness formation in the course of ontogenetic development. Developing the technology allowing to investigate mechanisms of learned helplessness formation in ontogenesis we took into account the structure of the learned helplessness that consists of motivational, emotional, will-power and cognitive components. Besides, the technology is developed taking into account the factor of social relationship, namely qualitative content of family and child - parental relationship at each stage of growing. In particular, behavioral patterns, ways of their maintenance, and their combination with a special psychological situation in a family have the special importance. Somatic health is the factor promoting highlighting the problem parties of relationship in family, strengthening both strong, and weaknesses of family society. Respectively, the factor of health has been considered in the course of the diagnostic tool development. The technology of complex analysis of the learned helplessness development has been developed taking into account the principles of the transspective analysis. The developed cultural and historical concepts of the learned helplessness genesis and the complex model of its formation conditions allow applying the transspective analysis. In this part of the research the transspective analysis was applied on the selection consisting of the adults having bright signs of the learned helplessness, getting second higher education at the age from 27 up to 50. The key research objective was to detect the motivational component of getting the second higher education in the form of evening training having already the diploma of higher education, family, and children. We found out that the basic motivation for getting second higher education in such conditions in its contents has the masked mechanism of psychological protection, the escapism (avoiding) dominating in the system of relationship with the immediate social environment. Besides, in 90 per cent of cases those participants of the research who had shown signs of learned helplessness in our specially developed open "Technology of the learned helplessness development complex analysis" (by O.C Volkova) noted expressed deficiency of the will-power sphere during the period of teenage age determined by a specific position of their parents in the system of family education.
