EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AS FACTORS OF PEDAGOGICAL IMPROVISATION AT STUDENTS

The results of the empirical research devoted to studying of factors of pedagogical improvisation in thinking of students are describes. It is shown that significant resources of pedagogical improvisation are the experience and personal traits. It is taped that high degree of a self-appraisal of own experience not in all cases is combined with predilection to improvisation owing to an underdevelopment of certain personal qualities. At the same time the improvisation based only on personal traits, corresponds with smaller efficiency in the decision of pedagogical problems.
