MOTIVATION OF DECISION-MAKING BY TEACHERS ABOUT TRANSITION FROM PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
Motives and factors of acceptance by teachers of the decision on employment of a post of the deputy director of school are studied. It is revealed two types of this decision-force and independent. The negative factors interfering decision-making by teachers, and also the basic and minor factors promoting this decision are described.
