MOTIVATION OF DECISION-MAKING BY HEADS OF SCHOOLS ABOUT TRANSITION TO THE FOLLOWING MANAGEMENT LEVEL
Article is devoted motivation of decision-making by teachers about transition to a post of the principal: motives and factors of this decision by teachers and assistants to directors of schools are studied; comparison with motivation of decision-making by teachers about transition to administrative work is made. Satisfaction with work and motivation to career continuation of directors of schools and their assistants are analyzed.
