SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE, ORIENTED ON THE COUNTRIES OF THE ASIA-PACIFIC REGION

Tendency of Russia to be more integrated in economic, political etc. activities of countries of Asian-Pacific region requires adjustment of certain mechanism, that is quite difficult without forming of intercultural competence (IC) of main subjects that are involved in the process. Firstly the growing up generation should acquire skills of IC. Population of eastern regions of Russia will have the most frequent and important contacts with representatives of countries of Asian Pacific region and they first of all should be ready for such kinds of contacts. It is very important to keep in mind that indigenous people of Siberia and the Far East have not only common psychogenetic relations with population of countries of Asian Pacific region but also they have similar traditions and values in social and religious spheres. All mentioned above may become the major resource for forming of IC.
