INJUSTICE IN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE: DIAGNOSTICS AND ADVISORY PRACTICE
In article intrinsic characteristics of injustice in organizational culture are considered, influence of the relations different in a modality in the organization, estimated as unfair, on nature of interpersonal interaction of the subject, ways of psychological protection and psychological overcoming of a frustratsiya and a stress is defined. These characteristics of subjects of the organization should be a subject of psychological judgment of the adviser and the client, area of analytical, psychocorrectional and psychotherapeutic work
