ANXIETY IN ESSENTIAL ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION: STUDYING OF PATHOGENETICALLY SIGNIFICANT MECHANISMS
There were diagnosed 95 male adolescents aged 14-17 with essential arterial hypertension. It is shown that polymorphisms of the catecholamine system may influence to formation a higher level of anxiety. Patients with high level of anxiety are characterized by higher level of hypertension time index of systolic blood pressure at night and the deterioration of systemic hemodynamic parameters.
