World's experience analysis of the compensation plan's development
The article reviews history of concept's "compensation plan" evolution, its modern condition is analyzed. Key world development tendencies of compensation systems of are described, features of development in the world countries are marked out. A number of the enterprises using the newest compensation systems is given in the article.
