The development of the Russian IPO

In 2013 the Russian public offerings market outlined some improvements, indicating the maintaining of development potential. But strengthening the former as well as the emergence of new negative trends caused continued stagnation. The current 2014 did not start very well. High volatility in the capital markets, the deteriorating economic situation in several countries of the world increased political risks - these and many other factors do not allow to show a positive trend
