The problems of interaction of households with the financial organizations: some ways of solving in the Russian conditions

The article considers the problem of mistrust of persons to the financial organizations which constrains development of the financial sphere in our country. The mistrust problem entails problems in interaction between sellers and buyers of financial services. Some ways of solving these problems are offered: increase of the financial literacy of households, creation of financial advising centers and professional education of personnel for financial institutions. These arrangements are directed on improvement of quality of providing financial services to the households.
