Labor activity behind a pension threshold: the third condition

High-quality, effective updating of knowledge is the first necessary condition of mass voluntary involvement of pensioners in long-term full continuation of labor activity. The second indispensable condition is social justice in the labor assessment and compensation, an exception of age and any other discrimination of elderly workers. The third condition is creation of the workplaces corresponding to age, an education level and professional experience of workers.
