Theory of diagnostics financial inability of the enterprises

In clause the features of functioning of the mechanism of diagnostics of the financial inability of the enterprises are examined and the necessity of its consideration as special administrative technology is proved. Provides evidence of insufficient development of separate elements of the mechanism, and also their author’s interpretation are resulted. The alternative methodical approach aimed at perfection of the mechanism of diagnostics of the financial inability of the enterprises is offered.
