Cross-subsidization in electric power industry as a financial instrument for redistribution of financial flows
The paper focuses on cross-subsidization as a non-market pricing mechanism for electric power market. The author considers pros and cons of this financial tool and its effects. The reasons of crosssubsidization by the state are discussed.
