Commercial bank - the basic link of financial system RF
In the article questions of the theoretical content of bank as the special type of financial institute are considered. The basic arguments of an increase in the role of banking system in the market economy are presented, are revealed the most important positions of the theory of institutsionalizma. The characteristic of the component elements of financial system and mechanisms of their action in the national economy is given.
