The relevance and problems of training specialists in the financial and accounting areas in accordance with IFRS

This article contains convincing arguments need for training accounting and financial sector in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. Set out the qualifications of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) for accounting and finance staff. In addition, the article provides a detailed analysis of certifications confirming qualification under IFRS, which can get interested specialists in the Russian Federation. The article concludes with an enumeration of the problems faced by all those involved in the preparation of accounting and financial professionals under IFRS in Russia.
