Educational loans: current conditions in Ural federal district
The paper provides a brief overview of the current state of the system of educational crediting in Russia, promising schemes of lending educational services that will contribute to the development of relations university - the state university - the employer, in terms of the expansion of education funding instruments, as well as improved methods of assessing the creditworthiness of the graduate.
