Institutes that stimulate the development of perspective biomedical research

The author investigates the experience of the main countries contributing to the development of global research and development in biomedicine. The obtained results of the scientific description actualize priority and show the importance of the variety of forms of financial support for biomedical research. The results allow to forecast the ineffectiveness of standard approaches to the creation of suitable financial institutes of modern convergent branch of knowledge.
